About These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our online ordering system at lighthouse-cafe-seven.vercel.app operated by Lighthouse Café & Beacon Coffee (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, 100 Brewster Blvd, Bldg NH-100, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Online Ordering
Our website allows you to place prepaid pickup orders for collection at our café during business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM). We do not offer delivery through our own website; delivery is available through DoorDash.
By submitting an order you confirm that you (or someone on your behalf) will pick it up at the selected time. Orders are prepared for your scheduled pickup window; we may hold ready orders briefly but cannot guarantee availability if pickup is significantly delayed.
Pricing & Menu Availability
Prices shown at the time you place your order are the prices you pay. Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep the online menu current, but items may occasionally be unavailable after your order is placed. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you at the phone number provided.
Payment
Payment is processed at the time of order by Square. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is subject to Square’s Terms of Service. We do not store your card details.
Your total includes applicable North Carolina sales tax. Tax is calculated server-side at checkout.
SMS/Text Message Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in at checkout, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Lighthouse Café & Beacon Coffee about your order (e.g., confirmation and order-ready alerts). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies by order activity, typically 1–2 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because orders are prepared fresh to order, we begin preparation promptly after payment. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please contact us directly as soon as possible:

Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed through the Square dashboard — we do not process refunds through the website. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Loyalty points earned on a refunded order will be reversed. Reserved reward points are released automatically if an order fails or is cancelled before payment completes.
Loyalty Program
Our rewards program is powered by Square Loyalty. Enrollment is optional and requires a phone number. Points are earned on qualifying purchases and may be redeemed for rewards as shown at checkout. Points have no cash value and are subject to Square’s loyalty program terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.
Not Affiliated with the U.S. Military
Lighthouse Café & Beacon Coffee is a privately owned and operated BEP-licensed business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Marine Corps, Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, or any branch of the U.S. military.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighthouse Café & Beacon Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our online ordering system. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way shall be brought exclusively in the state courts (including small claims court) located in Onslow County, North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our online ordering after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
